The Tharparkar district is one of the twenty-nine districts of the Sindh province in Pakistan. It is headquartered at Mithi. It has the lowest Human Development Index of all the districts in Sindh. We have made Tharparkar our focal point simply because the water here is very scarce. Most of our Solar Water Plants are located here. Tharparkar is 242 miles east of Karachi.
